Our delivery terms and returns policy are designed to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

We deliver to all Southeast Asian countries, offering weight-based shipping to cater to your needs. We also have many Sub-Dealers throughout Southeast Asia. For customers seeking a more localised experience or faster access to our products, So please feel free to ask for local Sub-dealer contact information where dealers are equipped to provide personalised assistance and support in the same language, ensuring you have information of our products with ease.

  1. Delivery Methods:

We will always use the best method of shipping to you, whether overland, Air or sea and give the best match of cost to delivery time scale.  we are also happy to work with any forwarding agents you might already be using

Shop Collect:

If the product requested is available customers can always go into to collect and item at any of our connected shops weather a Sub-dealer or a supporting garage, please call us for more details if this – ideal solution for clothing (T-shirts, Gloves) where you might want to try before buy

Shipping costs are calculated based on the final weight and size of the product/total Order and given at our cost price to ensure we can offer you the best deal possible to reflect our commitment to long term business with our customers. If tracking is not available we will always do our best to provide as many details as possible – Shipment departure date, courier contact information, ETA of shipment.

Returns Policy:

At Gigglepin Southeast Asia we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.

– We accept returns for most products within 28 days from the date of delivery.

– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

– Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

– Exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the requested item is not available.

– In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

– You must sign as damaged on point of delivery with the courier for us to be able to make a claim.

– We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing the return or exchange.

  1. Restocking Fees:

– We may charge restocking fees for returns on stock items, including but not limited to cases where the item is returned in a significantly different condition than originally received, or if the item(s) is(are) a Special Order. Special Order items may attract a 15% charge for re-stocking which will be deducted from any refund.

– We reserve the right to amend our returns policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
